Recycling Efficiency
from Waste to Fuel

converts 79.6% of waste plastics
directly into R-One Polymer Oil.

Our Process

R-One’s efficiency is driven by a “Circular Economy” approach, where its waste-to-fuel recycling process is designed for sustainability. The production system recycles syngas by-product to self-power the plant, significantly reducing overall energy consumption.

R-One technology produces a high performance light fuel oil with a Cetane index of 61.2—far superior to conventional petrochemical diesel which typically has a Cetane index of 40+. This results in either a 10–15% increase in horsepower or a 10–15% reduction in fuel consumption compared to fossil diesel.

 

Additionally, R-One fuel contains 1,000 times less sulfur and has a micro-carbon residue about one-fourth that of fossil fuels, enabling diesel engines and equipment to run cleaner with virtually no black smoke emissions.
